COUNCIL OF SOCIAL CONCERN – Sherman “Whip” Saltmarsh presents a check to Robin Brown from the Council of Social Concern in Woburn. Arbella Insurance donated $1,000 to the food pantry with Saltmarsh adding another $333. Brown thanked the former state representative. “It’s been a tough year,” she said. “Our shelves are less full.” The pantry is completely dependent on donations of food and money, she noted.
